This cold water fibre reactive MX dye is known the world over. Use it for immersion dyeing, tie dye, batik, airbrush, garment dyeing, screen printing, spatter painting and graduation dyeing for quilters and more! This cold water concentrated dye, which you add to tap water, produces super bright, electric colour and is the only dye that you can fix without using heat in some form, however soda ash must be applied. It is the most vivid of all dyes for cellulose fibres. Procion dyes are permanent, colourfast and very washable. The palette of colours can range from light pastels to deep, vibrant hues – typically one 18.9gm bottle will dye more than 453.6gms of fabric – very bright colours will require more dye, pastel colours will require less.
